These premises had been conveyed 28 December 1769 by William Durrill to Thomas Hercombe (both now deceased) by what appeared to be a release in fee but was really intended to be a mortgage for £36, and although said sum had been repaid, no reconveyance had been made. Now (2) conveys premises to (4) and (3) releases them.
